1-on-1 Photo Mentoring Session

My love for teaching others started back in elementary school, tutoring kids from 1st-5th grade with math & English. I think it sparked a desire to help people become the best version of themselves they can be. That's why I enjoy one-on-one mentoring sessions to this day.

Session details:

You will have more specific one-on-one time with me & the 2 hours allows me time to answer your questions. You will use your own photography equipment to shoot an experienced model and gain an advanced understanding of how to use your photography gear and control light. I repeat my process multiple times throughout the sessions, so you can start with a solid foundation as you build your portfolio after this session. This foundation is crucial to creating mind-blowing portraits. Once the foundation has been learned, we will cover how to build rapport with your subject in minutes before you begin shooting. As we shoot I will cover how to properly use my favorite light modifiers and how to find & shape the best available light.

Session Costs: $400

PLEASE NOTE

  • Mentoring sessions need to be booked 14-31 days in advance to ensure a professional model is available.
  • I've shot with Canon full-frame cameras but have experience with other brands like Sony & Nikon. However, it's very important that you understand the basic controls of your camera (ex: how to change the Aperature, Shutter Speed, ISO, and Exposure Compensation).
